Where does the fabric end? What is visible?

The fabric on crotchless panties ends just above the intimate area, maintaining a sleek, almost traditional panty look at the front while leaving the crotch and backside exposed. I have very large breasts—are Sheio bras suitable for me?

Yes, absolutely! Our bralettes are made to be customizable, so we can create the perfect fit for all breast sizes, including larger ones.

If you're a D cup or smaller, you're all set—we’ll make sure it fits just right. For D cup and above, we can definitely accommodate you! The bigger the breasts, the more we’ll need to adjust to give you the best support and comfort.

Can you create a new custom design just for me?

Your Sheio lingerie will be elegantly packaged in a beautifully crafted paper box, placed inside a discreet, plain postal box for privacy.

We offer standard postal delivery, DPD, FedEx, and DHL shipping options. Standard shipping is handled by your national postal service. Shipping costs are calculated based on your shipping address.

How long does shipping usually take?

What’s the best way to wash my lingerie—hand wash or machine wash?

The best method ishand washingwith water no warmer than30 °C (86 °F). Use a mild detergent and avoid fabric softeners, excessive rubbing, and wringing to maintain the garment’s shape and elasticity.

Can I put my lingerie in the washing machine? If so, what settings should I use?

Machine washing is not recommended as it may cause damage. However, if necessary, use adelicate wash cycle, place the garment in alaundry bag, and wash with similar colors at a temperature not exceeding30 °C (86 °F).

Should I use a laundry bag for delicate pieces?

Yes! A fine mesh laundry bag helps protect delicate fabrics from snagging, stretching, and friction during washing. It also prevents the garment from getting tangled with other clothing. Always use a delicate wash cycleand avoid fabric softeners to maintain the lingerie’s shape and quality.

No, fabric softener can reduce elasticity and cause the garment to lose its shape. Stick to a mild detergent for delicate fabrics.

A pH-balanced, hypoallergenic detergent is ideal for maintaining the quality and softness of your lingerie.

What’s the best way to store lingerie to maintain its quality?

To maintain the quality of your lingerie, store it in a cool, dry place away from humidity. Avoid hanging it with hooks, as this can stretch out the fabric. Instead, gently fold your lingerie or store it in soft pouches or fabric bags. Use dividers ororganizer pouches to keep items separate and prevent tangling. Be sure not to overcrowd your storage space, as this can lead to creases and damage.
